This goes to show what impact your FOOD can have!! 😳😍 I always say it's the most important part of your results and Michelle proved that point by losing 6 inches and 10 pounds in only 21 days without even working out!! She focused on eating healthy, whole, nutritious food and really getting HEALTHY on the inside, and her outsides started to reflect that! Now that she doesn't feel like crap anymore (she was literally having stomach PAIN before), she will start adding in workouts and her results, health, and strength will be through the roof!! 🤗 This was a case where she came off the holidays feeling horrible and needed a reset.
