If you workout & eat healthy consistently, you can still have treats, and be healthy & fit. It's your HABITS that matter. That's what is meant by "making it a lifestyle". What are the little things you do on a daily basis? Those things make you who you are. Not big things done once in a while.
When you've reached the point of establishing daily habits, you can have treats and it won't derail your physique or health goals. THAT is how you have both and find balance. Make exercise & healthy eating as much a part of your daily routine as brushing your teeth.
You can get there, I promise. I've been where you might be, hating to work out, loving to go out and drink on the weekends, loving your treats. And I'm telling you that you can get to the point where you enjoy your workouts and none of this "living a healthy lifestyle" feels like torture anymore, it makes you feel GOOD.
That's why when people join my Healthy Living Studio, they never leave. I have 21 day, 30 day, and 60 day programs, but it doesn't just stop there.
