Omg anyone who says eating healthy is boring, never met me!! These fish tacos are insanely good. 😋 I baked the fish (Cod) in a 400 degree oven for 16 mins. I brushed it with olive oil and seasoned with Old Bay prior to baking. I added pico de gallo, avocado and lime juice to complete the taco! Two of these counts as 1 protein, 1 carb, and 1 healthy fat out of my allotment for the day on the 21 Day Fix. SO YUM!
