Hey! Did you fall off track over the weekend? Here is a better question: are you CONSISTENTLY falling off track or PERMANENTLY off track from where you want to be?? We are what we repeatedly do. Indulging/splurging isn't bad - it's life and we only have one to live so you better enjoy it!!! But is your "fun" actually causing you distress/low self-esteem/insecurity/low energy most of the time? Cuz that's not living!!! You can say, "I want to have fun and enjoy life so I'm going to eat whatever I want" but please just make sure you aren't LYING to yourself about how you really feel on a daily basis. Your life.
