Handled it! Dripping in sweat like a maniac. Bent down to untie my shoes and there are puddles on my floor. Good way to start a #flexfriday !! I remember when I used to hate to sweat and would just go through the motions of my workout. The sooner you ACCEPT the fact that the ONLY way to get results is to work hard and give it some intensity ⚡️the quicker you'll reach your goals. There is NO shortcut, no "easy" way, no quick fix. I can tell you that putting in the work is worth it though, not because of the results you get but because it CHANGES you as a person. Overcoming challenges and coming out the other side, accomplishing things you never thought you could do, pushing past limiting beliefs & fear - it all ends up improving your ENTIRE life because your mindset and approach to your life changes.
