I was talking to someone last night who couldn't believe how good of shape I am in from just working out at home. I'm not doing step aerobics here you guys. My workouts are legit! I get WAY better results than when I used to "go" to the gym (which was actually just paying a membership for nothing because I never actually went), because I had NO IDEA what to do to really get results!! I would ride the elliptical for a while and if you're doing that, I hate to tell you but that is not going to cut it. I need to be able to work out without having to leave my house so I can fit it in quickly and I need someone on the screen telling me & showing me exactly what to do. It's like having a personal trainer in your living room every day, but without the expense of that💲. I never knew before the right moves, reps, length, sequence or variety to get shit done in only 30 minutes. My workouts are super EFFICIENT so it's great for busy people like me who have no extra time and need to get results in only 30 minutes. I feel like 30 mins is taken up in just your commute to and from the gym ALONE and that doesn't even include working out! This is just what works for ME.
