Almost 5 weeks now of working out with Tony Horton & his 22 min boot camp every day. As a coach, I'm not a personal trainer and that's why I don't have to be!! I have access to the best of the best, top notch workouts created by experts who train not only professional athletes, but our US military troops!! Not to mention the BEST nutritionists in the industry behind my meal plans. The problem is, 70% of people who start a fitness and/or nutrition program on their own, end up QUITTING!! That's why MY job as a coach is to keep you motivated by setting the example, creating a supportive environment for you to thrive, checking in with you to keep you accountable, answering questions, helping you plan, and being your number 1 cheerleader who ALWAYS has your back and is there to lift you up through those tough times. And I LOVE what I do! ❤️ So if you've been thinking about making a change, but have been waiting for the perfect time to start, IT WILL NEVER COME. The best thing to do is just START!!
