A super delicious dinner option! I really look forward to this one and I just cooked a big batch the other night and have been eating it all week. Get high quality, grass fed meat and cut into fajita strips. I seasoned with all season salt, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic and cooked in a skillet on the stove. Chop up some red and yellow peppers and cook those up alongside some mushrooms and serve with a perfectly ripe, organic avocado and some Cholula on top. :) Perfection!
