As I sit here answering questions and enrolling people in my online Bikini Bootcamp , I think about my own journey and how far I've come in the past year. I've lost 20 lbs, kept it off for a year +, learned how to eat to fuel my body and drastically increased my energy levels. And I've done it all the healthy way, with a supportive coach and community, and no fad diets, pills, wraps or fad anything. Here's what I do 80-90% of the time:
✔eat from every food group every day, but carefully control the mix of food groups and portions of each. ✔eat all organic ✔eat no processed foods ✔drink a shake daily with over 70 superfoods, probiotics, prebiotics, adaptogens, antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins, and no artificial ingredients, including sugar ✔workout daily from home for 30 minutes, mostly HIIT style, with a combination of strength, cardio, and flexibility ✔check in with my online challenge group daily for accountability ✔switch up my workouts regularly to keep my body guessing and keep me interested and excited ✔share my health & fitness journey on social media to keep me accountable to my goals and encourage others to get healthy
