1. I have a friend/client starting my 21 day challenge on Monday and she's so fired up and has a very strong WHY. Often, health & fitness goals are connected to very personal motivations and I'm honored that my clients share these personal stories with me. I treat these stories like the sacred treasures they are. it's why I will never NOT be coaching. 2. I love getting to know my city. Because I'm always out somewhere with my laptop, I discover new coffee shops, cafés and bars, and am always meeting new and interesting people. Life is good.
