The 3 Day Refresh is about detoxing, debloating, and getting back on track. I had an epic birthday weekend with my husband which involved lots of food and indulgences, so I decided to cleanse to get me back on track. Here's what it's about: high protein, fresh fruit, healthy fat and vegetables. What it's not: juice fast, all liquid cleanse, high in sugar and low in protein. I NEED to eat real food! No liquid cleanse for me. I NEED to not be hungry! No fasting for me. This is pretty much the ONLY cleanse I will actually do!

Breakfast on the Cleanse is the same thing I have every morning, except I did switch up the flavor and added fruit. This one is Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology with blueberries. Holy yum!

Lemony Green Beans
Snip ends and boil fresh green beans. Add 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, sea salt to taste and lemon zest. Recipe from the 3 day cleanse recipe book. So delish!

My 3 Day Refresh is complete! I realized that I completely forgot to check my weight! Just goes to show how much my mindset has changed. I don't really keep track of my weight anymore, it's more about how I look and feel. A 3 day cleanse is not about weight loss anyway. This was about detoxing and debloating after a very indulgent weekend. The reason I like this is because it gives me a "quick win". Something to make you feel good and motivate you to continue on your healthy journey. I don't want to undo all my hard work over the past 3 days and I like how lean I'm looking so it motivates me to keep going. That's the power of the Refresh.
